Yes, Hacking has become a very serious problem over the past few years, but there are several steps we can take to help prevent ourselves from being hacked.
The best way to know how to protect yourself from being hacked to to know how fight them so in the following text I am going to tell you a few things.

Choosing a Password
When choosing a password you must remember never make it something common, like a date of birth or your name, ect, because html hackers like wwwhack who can go thought 600 passwords a minute will be able to find you password in no time.
So when making your password always choose a alphanumeric combination with capitals and lower-case letters and why not throw in a few symbols, but remember Netro's only reads the first 8 characters of your password.
My password used to be:-

Go and generate a random password
You would be using wwwhack for years before you found that, try and have a different password for each company and change them every few weeks.
Internal security available
I can't stress this enough always have a correct e-mail address in your company, they are free and can save you allot of trouble.
When ever you e-mail someone in Netro using your company in the code of the e-mail they receive will be the e-mail address of your company and if its:-

like so many are the what I used to do is goto yahoo and create the e-mail address then tell Netro to send me my password by entering e-mail address in the e-mail request box and hay presto you have there company, simple isent is.
SO ALWAYS HAVE THE CORRECT E-MAIL ADDRESS
Trojans
These are programs which give you easy access to others computers, from this they can obtain anything they want, the only protection from theses are update virus scanner and a good fire wall.

Real Hackers
If you are getting problems with real hackers there is little you can do, no amount of protection will help you. A program can always be broken by another program.
Final Tip
There are many other loop holes in Netro but I think if we can just take note of the example above and learn something from them then we can halve the amount of company hacked. You can also learn and get more tips from the help sections.
